"Beyond The Path" is Eastenders long awaited second album. At the same time it is something like an Eastenders manifest - a symbiosis of modern club music and global beats. It features friends like Bassface Sascha & Franksen, Vono Box, Cay Taylan and !Dela Dap as well as talented artists such as Bajka (lend her voice to Beanfiled, Bonobo, Radio Citzen).

There´s also a limited 12" vinyl available ... and there are rumours that "Capitalism feat. Bajka" will be the first vinyl release from the album featuring remixes by Buscemi and Zilverzurf. 

Just in time for our birthday and the “Poets Dub” album, the 7 Samurai have also crafted the soopaexclusive track „Feel the same“ for this compilation, featuring Jamaican born Desmond Foster (Freddie Cruger, Zilverzurf) on vocals, who also is the elusive host throughout this complete “Poets Dub” session. More slices? Eat this: the rare Panoptikum remix for „Feel the same“ comes as a a deep and spiritual journey, while the mysterious Dubben turn that very same tune into a dry and funky dancefloor monster. And it sure doesn’t feel the same...Ask for sugar on top? This vinyl features nine accapella snippets by Desmond Foster and also a guest contribution by Grand Magneto: the momentarily most wanted reggae cover version of „Tainted Love“. Skank it!

How do we celebrate 10 exciting label years in style? By moving forward with a rewind of a truly special kind... including some of our finest music put “in the mix” by 7 Samurai (imagine a drumroll here). Who, by the way, are definitely listed among the hottest producer teams around at present by many. And so, our gifted dream team selected outstanding productions by the likes of Brian Eno, Desmond Foster, Digital Jockey, Dubben, Waldeck, Stereotyp, Slop Shop, Kieser.Velten, Solar Moon, Atomhockey, Panoptikum, Zilverzurf and many more – and that’s our birthday cake right there: “Poets Dub”, mixed by 7 Samurai! In autumn Orient Expressions' "Istanbul 1:26 a.m." will  be released officially on Poets Club Records. The title song of Fatih Akins Movie "Crossing The Bridge", which also appeared on the "Buddha Bar" compilation  will be presented in different remixes from musicians all over Europe.
